بعد
أن انتهت من دراستها الجامعية، كان حلم والدها أن تنضم للعمل بالسلك الاكاديمي
لأنها حققت ترتيب على دفعتها، ولما لم يتم تعينها أصر والدها على أن تسجل في
الماجستير، وقتها كانت هناك منح لباحثين وليس كمعيدين للانضمام للجامعة، فقدمت
بكلية الاداب قسم الاعلام جامعة المنيا كباحثة بعقد يجدد سنويا.
After she finished her university studies, her
father’s dream was for her to join the academic career because she had
graduated with honors and ranked high in her class. When she was not appointed,
her father insisted she studies for the Masters. At that time, there were
scholarships for researchers and not for TAs, so she applied at the College of
Arts, Department of Media, Minia University as a researcher, with an annual
contract.
وتوفى
والدها بعد التقديم بفترة صغيرة وكانت وصيته الليلة قبل وفاته ان تستمر في اكمال
دراستها ما بعد الجامعية. اكملت
الماجستير ثم لم يتم التجديد لها كباحثة للعمل بالجامعة، فاكملت الدكتوراه
وساعدتها والدتها، كانت رحلة شاقة خاصة انها كانت تضطر للسفر من المنيا للقاهرة
للذهاب للمكتبة وجمع المادة العلمية، ثم قبل حصولها على الدكتوراه وجدت اعلانا في
احد الجرائد اليومية لجامعة خاصة كبرى تطلب تعيين في تخصصها.
And her father passed away shortly after. On his
deathbed, he asked her to continue her postgraduate studies. She completed her
master's degree, but her contract as a university researcher wasn't renewed. So
she went to study for her PhD with the help of her mother. It was a difficult
journey, especially as she had to travel from Minya to Cairo to go to the library
and collect scientific material. Before she obtained her PhD, she found an ad
in one of the daily newspapers for a major private university for a job vacancy
in her speciality.

وبعد ثلاثة ايام اتصلوا بها لمقابلة صاحبة الجامعة، وسافرت للقاهرة وفي لقاء مفعم
بالامل قالت لها صاحبة الجامعة "الانسان لا يصنعه المكان الذي نشأ فيه أو
المكان الذي تعلم فيه ولكنه يصنع نفسه بنفسه يسعدنا أن تنضمي للعمل معنا" .
تدرجت في الوظائف الاكاديمية الي ان عملت بجامعة بني سويف، كمدرس ثم استاذ مساعد
رئيسا لقسم العلاقات العامة كلية الإعلام، ثم وكيلا لشئون التعليم والطلاب، ثم
وكيلا للدراسات العليا والبحوث إلى أن اصبحت الان المستشار الإعلامي لجامعة بني
سويف.
She applied, and after three days, they called her to
meet the university owner, and she traveled to Cairo. In the meeting, the
university owner expressed her happiness to have her among the university
staff.
She advanced in her positions until she worked at Beni
Suef University, as a teacher, then as assistant professor, head of the public
relations department at the Faculty of Information, then as a deputy for
education and students affairs, then as VP for postgraduate studies and
research. She is also media advisor to Beni Suef University.

العديد من الكتب العلمية مثل الابداع في الاعلان والابداع في التسويق والترويج والكتابة
للعلاقات العامة والاتجاهات الحديثة في الصورة الذهنية، وهي أيضا كاتبة مقالات
بعدد من الجرائد ابرزها الاهرام والاخبار والاخبار المسائي ووطني ومواقع بوابات
اليكترونية مثل مبتدا والجمهورية وروزاليوسف.
She authored several academic books such as Creativity
in Advertising, Creativity in Marketing, Promotion and Writing for Public
Relations and Recent Trends in the Mental Image. She also writes for a number
of newspapers, most notably Al-Ahram, Al-Akhbar, Evening News, Watani, and
electronic portals sites such as Mubtada, Al-Gomhoria and Rosalieusef.
